Service Description

Limestone Yoga Studio offers a serene retreat experience surrounded by the natural beauty of The Burren. Guests can unwind in our sauna, book private slots for personalised sessions, and enjoy fantastic views during their practice. Our focus on privacy and outdoor relaxation spaces ensures a peaceful and rejuvenating stay at Limestoneyoga. €300 for 10 sauna sessions, for 2 people.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Free cancelation or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelation less 24 hours in advance will result in loss of deposit/fee Health & Safety Your wellbeing is our priority. Please follow all safety guidelines and use the sauna responsibly. Age Limit The sauna is for individuals 18 years and older only. What to Wear Please wear appropriate swimwear (e.g., full swimsuit, two-piece, or swim trunks). No underwear or nude bathing is allowed. Lotions, Creams & Fake tan Avoid applying any creams, oils, lotions or fake tan before entering the sauna. Substances No alcohol or drugs should be consumed before or during sauna use. Hydration Drink plenty of water before and after your session to stay hydrated. Session Duration Keep sessions between 15–20 minutes and take breaks to cool down if needed. Slippery Surfaces Take care — floors and benches may be slippery. Steam Caution Do not pour water on the heater stones when others are nearby, as hot steam can cause burns. If You Feel Unwell Leave the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseous, or lightheaded. Let a member of staff know. Open Wounds & Medical Conditions Avoid sauna use if you have open wounds. Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant or have any medical concerns. Jewellery & Metal Please remove all jewellery and avoid swimwear with metal parts to prevent overheating or burns ⚠️ Important Notice: Assumption of Risk By using our sauna, you accept full responsibility for your own health and safety. You understand and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with sauna use and agree to use the facilities at your own risk. You confirm that: You are fit to use the sauna and have no health conditions that would prevent safe usage. You agree to follow all sauna rules. Any damage caused through misuse or negligence is your responsibility. 🛡️ Liability & Insurance Limestone Yoga and its staff are not liable for any injuries or health issues arising from sauna use, except in cases of proven negligence. We recommend you consult your doctor before use and ensure you are covered by appropriate personal or medical insurance.
