Our Classes
At Limestone Yoga, classes are intentionally small, creating a welcoming space for personal attention, connection, and community. Here, movement, breath, and meditation come together to build friendships that often extend beyond the studio walls.

For group retreats, personalised yoga flows are designed, drawing from a variety of yoga traditions to meet the needs and intentions of each group. Every session invites you to move with awareness, breathe deeply, and take time just for yourself — whether you’re seeking challenge, deep rest, or a little of both.

Classes are available both in-studio and live on Zoom (booking essential).
Above all, we invite you to enjoy the journey.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga incorporates principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in most other styles. For beginners, asanas may be held from 45 seconds to two minutes whilst more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for up to five minutes or more. The sequences of postures stimulate channels in the body known as meridians in Chinese medicine.
Pregnancy Yoga
Pregnancy yoga Women that come to pregnancy yoga find the practice helps with physical and mental wellbeing. It also empowers them during what can be a challenging time. Pregnancy yoga connects women going through similar experiences, providing a space for women to share their journey.
