What a amazing 2023 we had , all of the adventures and new beginnings. It was so amaxing we decided to create more retreats for 2024!!!!
 We are going to create another wonderful Surf and Yoga retreat at Bens surf clinic . Full of fun , yoga , meditation, surfing , adventure, and alot of belly laughs....
nutrious Food and tea /coffee afterwards..

Well just about anyone really.. however if your like me and have never been on a surf board, or have but not succsefully , maybe you have surfed but never had the experience of yoga and surfing together ,  or never tried yoga , or maybe your looking to do something different and adventurious ..well this is for you!!!
