Take a full day just for you — to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your creativity. ✨
A creative workshop guided by Fiona McDonagh, from Lámh Clinic holistic therapy clinic.
There'll be a short reflective meditation - to pause - for some inspiration
We'll create some Gelli plate collage papers
We will start with some warming up exercises - introduce a few different ideas to get past the blank page +
Finally we'll begin some Art Journalling using our collage pages, magazine pages, stamps, paints, pens ....
